Technical support :

  • We offer "8x5x365@next business day" technical support contracts for our PyKota software. The agreement includes the latest paper documentation, a CDROM with PyKota and all its dependencies, a Free subscription to PyKota Official Packages and MegaPacks and to Tea4CUPS Official packages. The yearly fee is computed with the following formula :

    (100.0 x NbPrintServers) + (2.5 x NbPrinters) + (0.04 x NbUsers) EURO.

    For example, a support contract for 3000 users on 20 printers served by a single print server would cost you :

    (100 x 1) + (2.5 x 20) + (0.04 x 3000) = 270 Euros per year.

    Please contact us to purchase a support contract. Once you'll have purchased your support contract, you'll be allowed to open Support Tickets for free.

  • We offer technical support around Free Software on a per-incident basis.
  • Our rates are 100 Euros per hour, not fractionnable but taxes included. This includes incident analysis or remote diagnosis over telnet or preferably ssh.
  • On site rates are 900 Euros per day, VAT included, not including travel and food expenses.
  • Priority email technical support is included for a year for people who purchased our PyKota Official print quota and accounting solution.
  • Quality :
    • If we really don't know how to solve your problem, we will quickly tell you so instead of giving you false hopes and stealing your money. We may also reroute you to more knowledgeable people in your area.
    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, you may be eligible for a full refund.
